Policy

For all private appraisals, fee is collected upon inspection.  The report will be delivered by PDF to the email of your choice.  The fee will be quoted based on complexity and area of the home to be appraised.  Fees can be paid through the link below  before the date of inspection or by check to the appraiser at the inspection time for non-lender work only. All lender work must be paid through the invoice sent to the client or by check.
