**Acreage, water front, rural, complexity will result in a higher fee.  Appraiser will stop and contact immediately if the fee is higher than $750 to complete. 

**Weekend or holiday rushes start at $725 for regular standard 1004 reports. 

** rush orders are done 72 hours or less.  All appointments are scheduled within 24 hours please note that any delay made on behalf of the contact for entry party, real estate agent, owner, tenant, builder results in a delayed rush, inside values is not responsible for. Inside values will complete the report 24-48 hours after the inspection is completed.
